• Orders are equally accepted both by private messages to Direct Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and through the Internet platforms ZRK and Crafta.
  
  The catalog and the opportunity to purchase it here, on the site, will soon be implemented.

• Payment for the order is made only after making the jewelry and showing it to you in the form of a photo/video. Pre-payment is not accepted, because the product will not be 100% identical to the catalog.
  Do you remember that everything is done manually? :)
   

• After agreeing that the product is suitable for you, you can make a payment on any of the two cards offered (Monobank and Privatbank) and provide data to receive the parcel. We are waiting for payment for only three calendar days, except for prior arrangements for other dates. If the deadline has passed - the jewelry goes on sale without warning and reminder.
   

• After confirmation of payment, within one - two days the parcel goes to you free of charge by Nova Poshta to the branch specified by you.
   

• Unfortunately, we do not use the services of Ukrposhta, Delivery, etc.
   

• We do not work with cash on delivery, only 100% payment before the jewelry goes to you. If you are worried about losing money, you can use the order on the Crafta website, where there is a "risk-free purchase".
